HRIS by PV

Small and mid-sized Philippine companies often run HR on spreadsheets, paper logbooks and email threads. Attendance lives in one file, leave requests in someone's inbox, and payroll is rebuilt by hand every cutoff. That leads to errors in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and tax deductions. Employees have no easy way to check their own leave balances or payslips, so HR spends its time answering the same questions.

We built one web app with role-based access, so admins, HR staff and employees each see what they need:

• Attendance: web time clock with breaks, late and undertime tracking, work schedules, and overtime requests with approval.

• Leave: online applications, approval flow, a team calendar, configurable leave types and per-employee balances.

• Payroll: payroll periods that generate payslips from attendance, with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax deductions.

• Self-service: employees clock in, file leave and open their payslips from their own dashboard.

• Reports: attendance, leave and payroll reports, exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF.

• Admin: custom roles and permissions, sign-up approval, and in-app notifications.

It runs on CodeIgniter 4 with a modular structure, so each HR area is a self-contained module. It also works on phones and supports light and dark mode.

A working HRIS that covers the full cycle from clock-in to payslip. A live demo runs on its own database with sample data, so visitors can try it as an Admin, HR officer or Employee without touching real records.
